Complaints
Any complaints regarding perfume or fragrance product quality, leakage, damage, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof. To submit a complaint, please contact us via WhatsApp using the contact number provided on our website.
If the issue is verified as genuine, our team will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refund Policy
Once an order has been processed and delivered, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of perfume and fragrance products. However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Non-delivery of the Product
If an order has been prepaid and we are unable to deliver the perfume product due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Major Defects
Every perfume product is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a perfume bottle with significant defects, damage, breakage, or leakage, please inform our Quality Support Team within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof. After verification, a replacement will be arranged.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive a perfume or fragrance product different from the one ordered, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with the necessary supporting evidence. Once the claim is verified, a replacement or refund will be processed, as applicable.
Product Not as Described
If the perfume product you receive differs materially from the description displayed on our website, please report the issue within 12 hours of delivery along with the necessary supporting evidence. Once the claim is verified, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations after confirmation are generally not accepted because perfume orders may be processed and packed shortly after confirmation.
If a cancellation request is accepted before the order is processed or dispatched, any applicable refund will be credited to the original payment method within 72 hours.
Once the perfume order has been dispatched, cancellation requests generally cannot be accepted.
