We ship our perfume and fragrance products once the order and payment is confirmed. We use third-party shipping services to deliver our products across India.

We carefully pack perfume bottles and fragrance products before dispatch to help minimize the possibility of damage during transit.

We generally dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation of the order and payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delays are to be expected in case of contingencies or circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner, the delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective courier service.
